The prices shown on this site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid in the UK. Payments can only be made in sterling. For international orders all payments will be processed in GBP. International currency will be converted to UK sterling and what you will actually pay will depend on the rate for that day with your bank. We accept any foreign Mastercard, American Express and Visa Credit, and the Visa debit cards Delta & Electron.
Our prices are reviewed periodically and any changes will be posted on our website. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you within 5 working days of the order date, as to its expected arrival.
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. A contract between you and Best Breastfeeding for the sale of our products/services will only exist once your order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.
Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is completed on the website. We will confirm your order on receipt of cleared funds, by e-mailing you a confirmation that your order has been accepted.
We aim to despatch your order as fast as we can following the receipt of your order. Please allow 5 working days for delivery, but it will probably be less. We will contact you by email if there is exceptional demand and we have a problem with your order. We use Royal Mail 1st class post for light orders. For heavier or extra large parcels, we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service or a parcels courier service. Delivery charges can be viewed as you process your order online. Charges depend on quantity and destination.
If you wish to place a large order you may wish to contact us directly to discuss alternative shipping options.
You may cancel the contract without reason before the expiry of 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. You will be required to return the products in question to Best Breastfeeding in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will only refund items that have been purchased directly from us.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it, therefore you will be responsible for the return costs. Should you wish to return any products purchased from us we will be happy to offer a refund or a replacement, provided your return is in fully resaleable condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. However, it is not possible for us to refund the original cost of delivering the item/s.
To return goods please e-mail us at info@bestbreastfeeding.co.uk to register your return. Please arrange for the goods to be returned by first class registered post and retain proof of posting in case the returned item goes missing.
